Pen's Point Market's neighbors who share the subdivision in the adjacent buildings include Ullrich Law, LLC, Votaw Plumbing, Premier Home Builders, and AllStar Heating and Cooling.
The former Farm and Fleet building at 1600 E. Lincoln Highway became "home" to Creative Calligraphy in 1995. The building became a marketplace for "what came forth creatively" from the calligraphy pen of Lynn Norton Parker...thus the name Pen's Point Market!
Pen's Point Market housed both the offices, production and shipping operations of Creative Calligraphy and its retail gift shop, Creatings, which was the local marketplace for Lynn's calligraphy designs, as well as many other home décor accents, unique hand-crafted furniture, home goods and gifts for all occasions. Over the past two decades, numerous tenants have leased space at Pen's Point Market, ranging from retail stores, professional offices, and a growing church to a creative agency/video production company, a fitness gym, an artist's studio, and more.
